Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern your access to and use of Mopiq. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Mopiq.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to operate a cleaning business in your jurisdiction. By applying, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to bind the business you represent.

2. Application and Approval

Mopiq reviews every cleaner application. We may approve, defer, or reject any application at our sole discretion. Submission of an application does not create a contract for service or entitle you to access leads.

3. No Guarantee of Work

Mopiq provides access to cleaning opportunities submitted by third parties. We do not guarantee bookings, revenue, completed jobs, lead volume, lead quality, or customer responses. Earnings depend on factors outside our control.

4. Independent Businesses

Cleaners using Mopiq are independent businesses. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, agency, partnership, joint venture, or franchise relationship. You are responsible for your own taxes, insurance, licenses, and business operations.

5. Accuracy of Opportunities

Lead information is provided as-is. While we take reasonable steps to validate opportunities, we do not warrant the accuracy, availability, intent, or budget of any lead. You are responsible for confirming details directly with the customer before performing work.

6. No Responsibility for Transactions

Mopiq is not a party to any agreement between a cleaner and a customer. We are not responsible for pricing, scope, quality, scheduling, payment, disputes, refunds, damages, injuries, or cancellations arising from work performed.

7. Subscription, Billing, and Cancellation

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processor. You may cancel at any time from the "Manage subscription" link in your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and access continues until that date. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing on prospective renewals with at least 14 days' notice.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: claim leads you do not intend to service; share, resell, or scrape lead data; misrepresent your business; harass customers or other cleaners; attempt to circumvent claim limits or payment; or use the platform in violation of any law. Violations may result in immediate suspension without refund.

9. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate any account for breach of these Terms, fraud, abuse, customer complaints, or risk to the platform. You may close your account at any time by contacting support; closure does not entitle you to a refund of prepaid fees.

10. Beta Disclaimer

Mopiq is currently offered as a beta service. Features, pricing, availability, and functionality may change at any time without notice. You acknowledge that beta software may contain defects.

11. Disclaimers

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mopiq's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the platform is limited to the amounts you paid to Mopiq in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Mopiq is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mopiq and its affiliates from any claim arising out of your use of the platform, your work performed for any customer, or your breach of these Terms.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date above and, when appropriate, by email. Your continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
